Bali Hai Birthday

For Michael's birthday, he figured: when in Hawaii, go Hawaiian. He even designed and made his own birthday cake... a volcano, complete with a bunch of candles at the top to make it 'erupt.' Ten boys, Tiki Torches, a swimming pool, a limbo contest and a cake that acts like a bonfire -- yup, that's a 14th birthday party!
