Today was the big day -- the Volcanic Snowmen went into battle against 14 other Lego League teams for a shot at advancing to the state tournament. They did well in the early rounds, but eventually the Mindstorm robot got a mind of its own (or lost it, one of the two...) and wouldn't do what the boys told it to. At any rate, the team had a great time over the past few weeks, and it looks like all the members of the band will be around for another go next year.
